~ANA'S RULES~
1.being thin is the most important thing in life.
2.thin is beautiful and good\ obese is ugly and bad.
3.always count calories
4.set strict limits on how many calories you can eat each day.
5.hide the fact that you don't eat or don't eat much from your family and friends- they will oppose you.
6.listen closely to the voice in your head and OBEY it.
7.weigh or measure yourself often, be obsessed with it.
8.you will feel very guilty every time you eat.
9.make others believe that you eat more than you really do.
10.be extremely demanding of yourself, in diet and exercise, and live by it.
11.food is your enemy.
12.when you look at youself in the mirror, reflect on how thin you want to be.
13.NEVER GIVE UP.
Well, those are some...Interesting RULES. I guess by all those rules, to those who follow..I am pure evil. Watch out for the fat one everyone!!
